Think you're a fit? Let's find out.
Maintina works with vetted trade professionals across the country. Tell us a bit about your business, we would love to hear from you.
What we look for before we bring someone into the network
These are the basics. If you meet them, we would love to hear from you below.
Licensed and insured
An active business license in the states you serve, general liability insurance, and workers' compensation coverage where required.
Self-performs the trade
Your own employees, tools, and equipment complete the work you are applying to perform, rather than subcontracting it to others, and without relying on us to supply anything.
Responsive and reliable
Able to respond to standard work orders within your stated coverage area, and to communicate clearly on scheduling and delays.
Comfortable with our platform
Willing to submit work orders and invoices through our system. We will walk you through it during onboarding, no prior experience needed.
Able to pass a background check
A brief background and reference check is part of onboarding for every new provider in the network.
Aligned on how we work
Direct communication, fair pricing, and no surprise charges. We hold every provider in the network to the same standard.
- Consistent work orders from national retail, restaurant, and grocery accounts, no bidding wars.
- Fast payment on completed work, so you are not chasing invoices for weeks.
- You set your coverage area and availability. We match work to what fits your business.
- One point of contact for scheduling, questions, and support. Always someone who already knows your business.
- 1You submit your application: trade, coverage area, and credentials.
- 2Our team takes a look at your trade and coverage area, usually within a few business days.
- 3If it looks like a good fit, we will reach out to get things moving. If the timing is not quite right yet, we will keep your information on file and follow up when it is.
